How Can I Check The Status Of My Order?
Once you place your order you will receive a confirmation email. Once your order is shipped you will receive a tracking number that you can check via the Track Your Order page on our website. You can also contact us directly via the Contact Us page if you need any further assistance.

How Long Does Shipping Take?
Orders are processed within 24-48 hours. Please allow up to one week for delivery. Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your exact location and external factors beyond our control, such as customs delays or extreme weather conditions.

Our prices are significantly lower than our competitors since we have relationships with our suppliers to ship directly to our customers. In addition, our fulfillment centers are located around the world.

How can I track my order?

Can I cancel my order after I’ve already paid?
